Little Dragons
Our Little Dragons classes are for children aged 4 to 6 and are held from 4.30 – 5.15pm:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Worthing Leisure Centre (Projectile Room)
Thursdays at Angmering Village Hall
Juniors
Our Juniors classes are for children aged 7 and up from 5.30 – 6.15pm:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at Worthing Leisure Centre (Projectile Room)
Thursdays at Angmering Village Hall
Flexibility
We understand that in today's busy world, it is sometimes difficult to commit to the same class every week and therefore our unique flexible approach allows you to train on a different day each week if this suits your schedule better. It also allows you to 'catch up' if you need to miss a class or two.
Older Children
Once children reach their early teens, we begin to integrate them into our classes for adults (the first hour).
